Well sex would be nice ,but @ first u have it like non stop all nite and day while u 2 meet in a motel. Than 3 weeks go by and for some unknow reason he cant come and see u that week but really he is in town hmmmmm ,so u move in with him and he still leaving to go where u used to live and u stay home. And any way still no good hard core sex like it was the first month. So what can i do to get that sex back so i can lose some weight ? Or just give on the sex diet and try other ways. I can't remember what article I read it in (playboy advisor maybe). But, I remember something where it said that you could lose 5000 calories during just 20minutes of sex. Idk if its true or not. I do know I was in way way way better shape (6pk ABS) when I was in my last relationship

I lose a lot of weight with sex, but I have to be in a relationship for that to occur. Yes with every relationship I have lost weight, I guess it could have been "just because" So, what's not helpful about a vigorous workout 2 or more times a day?
Besides it did help kept my back limber, having degenerative disc disease the natural endorphins kept me from feeling the pain and loosened the muscles in my back from getting sever spasms. Sex it worked wonders!
