Thank you for your success story. I sincerely wish you and your fiance all the best for a long and happy life together. It gives me some hope. I am not here by chance, or just to pass som time, I am looking, and I am hoping to meet someone special as a result of being on here.

The progress is very slow. Over the past year or so, I come on here every few months and see the same people still here. Do any of them get together with each other?

I find reading profile after profile to be tedious. I don't sit back and wait, I do cheerfuly write messages to men that I might find interestig, but often they do not even have the courtesy to respond. Many times the men that write to me are in their early thirties. I even answer them tellig them it would not be a good match since I have sons in their forties.

Then I get discouraged and go away for a while.
