I beleive all you can do is go to small claims to try and get judgement against her. Collecting might be another thing depending on the state laws

IN common claims court they can tell her she has to pay you but they cant force her to pay you been there i never did get the money ,and this was family the law sucks LUCAS

I don't think she really was a true friend anymore I have owed my friends money and I always pay them back. It just hurts that she is trying to make me feel bad ya know?
