I have sent out several messages where all I did was introduce myself and the girl just deletes it without responding. I don't understand what I did wrong. Am I just not a good looking person so they don't bother? Well if there are any girls who want to find a nice man I am here. I want to find someone I can spend the rest of my life with.

You want an honest answer?! Take a look at your picture! It is tiny and you look like you have a helmet on your head! Get a clear, normal picture with a fresh, well groomed hair cut! I don't reply to men who look sloppy!

because all the women here all look for the same thing... pretty boys and bad boys and ignore and overlook all the regular looking guys that have substance to them.
Its been that way for years.

I truly believe That looks have nothing to do with women. Yes they play a role. But I've seen some ugly guys date beautiful women. It's about your confidence and how you carry yourself. If your confident, you will get to meet all people from all walks of life. Confidence is key!
A woman doesnt want or need a man she gotta baby sit or tell you That you need a haircut lol and you need to shower and buy some new clothes lol
Women like well groomed, Clean Cut, fresh smelling CONFIDENT men!

Looks are only about first impressions! Let's face the fact that none of you guys would bother with a woman that you don't find pretty in some way! First impressions last! I've dated quite a few funny looking men! But they were well groomed and that matters to me! How you present yourself says a lot about your self esteem! Who wants a downer?!?

So because my picture is small and you don't like my hair cut you wont talk to me? I really don't understand how this picture makes me look sloppy? Its not like my hair is not combed. Ok how about I put on some glasses, grow a beard, and start wearing a hat?

Just move on Man, you can't win them All. There's a woman out here for you. Hold your Faith, don't give up. When you learn to be content and confident in who you are, dates will come. Then the processes of Elimination starts, where you narrow it down to see who's the "RIGHT ONE" for you. Just don't EVER come off as desperate to women. It's a turn off and youll blow your chance everytime.

Be whatever you want! But don't get whinny when women look you over for that reason! Reality is what it is! Plenty of men have looked me over because of my weight! I can't blame them, even though they have not a clue about my personality! The point is that first impressions are important! You can judge me, that is your right, especially on here!

Similar interests are a great thing to bring two people together! Tell the girls what you enjoy doing; bowling, movies, etc.! Whatever your thing is! Tell them about your job if it is something you enjoy! Make your self sound happy and content! Don't let anyone know you are shy! Fake it! I did it got a while and now I'm a head strong b word! Explain what makes you a good man! Do you open doors for women, believe in treating girls with TLC! Stuff like that melts my heart! There is little so special like a man who shows he cares about being a gentlemen! Start there! Keep me posted on how it goes!

Good question! And don't worry yourself too much about not having a set "skill" in that area because everyone worried about their introduction! Read her profile and find a few points that interest you! Like her hobbies, interests etc.! Ask her about those or let her know if you have similar items! I can't tell you how impressive it is when a man starts an actual discussion about something I wrote! It lets me know he looked at my actual profile and learned about me! Hope that helps for now! I'm swamped with work tonight but will get back on tomorrow night!

Cool dude, you should be very grateful for this tutorial on relationship starting and female psychology but I predict you will not take the constructive criticism and continue to make excuses about yourself, your profile and your failures. You're probably a "nice guy" but you shouldn't blame the quality Delaware women in DH for your shortcomings. Good luck finding that awesome woman, but I'm not entirly hopeful you'll find her.

i Know what u mean cooldude8 i been on here for some time now and it seems some girls on here just dont see that there are good guys in this world and i am one of them i even ride my bicycle to PA N MD and both places were over 30 miles and still people think it okay to uses the good guys so i have told people that those people will never get my help bec they need to learn wat go around comes around and so just keep trying bro and just show those people if they truthlee wanted an good guy they would take the time to get to know u and every good guy and not judge them before they get to know them.

and also i been single for an few weeks and it been good because i will not let any girl or an friend or anyone think they can control me u know i wont let it happen and half of my EX GF'S think they can control me even know i am not with them or anyone i told many people noone should control anyone and alot of people think they can and when that happens i tell tem No and if they dont like it OH WELL because it not cool and if they do it they will not be friends with me because if they want to control people there noting i can do but NOONE WILL CONTROL ME !!!!!! and if that means being single for an longtime bec i wont let anyone do that to me AT ALL!!!!

I look at pictures and see guys who are taking pictures of themselves half naked, don't have a shirt on or literally have no clothes on at all. Personally I don't even look at them whether they are cut or not. If your taking pictures like that your probably cocky so I'm not interested. If your on the beach doing something and someone takes a picture and you have no shirt that's different. If you look like you've not had a haircut in forever you've not groomed or showered in 3 days I'm not interested.. And if your posting a picture make sure youve got ideal lighting so someone can actually see you.. A huge glare from a flash or light is a pain and your face in a shadow is deterring

I've experienced the same thing.. no replies, and I think my photo is pretty good.
I DO have a no-shirt photo in there, but it isn't one of those "hey I'm beefy, look at my muscles" kind of shots. I just don't tend to wear a shirt in the summer and I figured it was worth posting simply to see my body-type. I have nothing to hide about that.

psychokemist: I feel your pain...the only answer I've gotten is that the women on here get at least 10 msgs a day mostly from idiots looking for bootycalls...at least that's what one of the girls here told me,maybe some other women can verify that or tell us what we are doing wrong...its frustrating though spending up to 30 mins writing a nice msg to a women asking about their interest and likes to not even get a response...I find that kinda disrespectful of a women to not at least respond no thank you..I'm surprised with your profile and salary you don't get responses that leaves little hope for me. The ironic thing is I've had pretty good luck with the bars around pike creek and trolley square but got tired of going to loud bars with annoying drunk people and I'm just sick of doing it. Was hoping to find a nice girl that wanted some kind of relationship on here I'm still holding out hope. Good luck man...

They do but they call it a long term relationship. A girl and a guy will take one look and tell that she/he does not want to talk to the person that messaged them. The first impression is what get you in the door. Sorry to say but sometimes it can be what you say that can change that. You may have to change what you say to grab their attention since your pic is not doing it. For me there are so many men on here who just want booty calls it is hard to weed out the nice from the mice with just one roll of the dice. You need to search out profiles with women your age who state that they want a nice man and see if that is true by messaging them. However, I am surprised that at your age that you had to resort to this site. (actually I am surprised that I had to  ) But hopefully with time you will find someone who likes what you are saying and start talking to you. Good luck!!

Heck, I have had two date from DH. ! turned into a booty call but failed, the guy couldnt even perform. Not my fault either and he even went as far as texting me for a week even when i told him that I had a family emergency going on. He went as far as texting me his private parts 4 am. The other one, well lets just say he turned into a dr jekylk and mr hyde. a hole when sober. sweet when drunk. It does have a lot to do with your pictures and how your profile is and how you carry yourself. If your pic looks sloppy then you wont get responses. Good luck and yea we females get alot of guys who just want a"booty" call even if they posted they want a relationship. guess thats how these sites are.
