I have to drive 1/2 hr to Coos Bay just to go to Wal mart! People joke that we don't have overnight mail, nobody can get here overnight!

Hello Oregon Peeps....
I have lived in Oregon all my life....
Great Place...If you are in the Salem area it is like 2 hours or less to anywhere...
Portland, Coast, Mountains, Central Oregon...on and on...
I have lived mostly in very small communites but LOVE hitting the "big cities"....
I love to people watch...
and meet new friends....

Grew up in Texas (gasp) and lived in California, Arizona and Massachutes (never could spell that state). Don't know of any place that can beat Oregon!
Sure it rains a bit but when the sun comes, Oh My. Besides the sun is shining above those clouds.

Ive been in oregon all my life till i went to truck driving school in portland , in 1985 , moved to Elkhart , Indiana , Were ive work and live now , I pull Over Size Fema Houses to victoms of disasters , Did Katrena 5 years ago and am pulling houses to Minot , ND , for the flood victoms , I own a house in pleasant hill , ore , with my mother , Gives her a place to live and watches it for me while im on the road , But Im glad to be part of a group , Go ducks , Have a wonderful day ,

Hi everyone
Summer is here and the weather is beautiful no reason to be inside. We all live in beautiful Oregon try visiting umpqua falls, dumont camp groung has a beautiful sandy lagoon, Oregon caves are perfect for a hot day its so fun to explore and so nice and cool never getting above 60 degrees , while your in cave junction check out the tree houses they are actually rooms like little hotel rooms and awesome , they even have a zip line , cave junction is a place to explore so fun. There are so many things to do here, be safe, have fun, God Bless you.
