Are you talking about the one on the Andes?
I believe so... I know this one is on a semi-large mountain that lays between the valley and the cordillera. I don't know if that would qualify it as a mountain belonging to the Andes.

No, the one I'm referring to is in Cali, Colombia. It is located on a mountain between the city and the Cordillera Occidental.

Well, that would also be "in the Andes" since the Cordillera Occidental is part of the main chain.
