 | Springtime in Alberta???
 When it’s springtime in Alberta
 And the gentle breezes blow
 About seventy miles an hour
 And it’s fifty-two below,
You can tell you’re in Alberta
‘cause the snow’s up to your butt,
And you take a breath of Springtime air
And your noseholes both freeze shut.
 The weather here is wonderful
So I guess I’ll hang around.
 I could never leave Alberta
My feet are frozen to the ground!

 | How true! My van doors were frozen shut solid last night when I tried to go out about 9 pm! Had to give up, short of getting a hair dryer and I wasn't that desperate for artichoke dip.
My neighborhood is quite hilly and we had lots of drifts! Thank goodness I have the teen to shovel.

 | Hey, Rose! that's child labour! Oh ya, forgot, law does allow for kids your son's age to work now, doesn't it?

 | Just read your response, 2blu - he already tried that line on me as well! I told him when he got up at 4 a.m., and went to bed at midnight, and
in between that time, he worked - THAT is child labor! End of discussion -
guess he figured out the few chores he did were a bargain!

 | I tried that "child Labour" ploy when I was in elementary school & teacher told me to clean the blackboards. It didn't get a good reception then either.
