Hey Gang!
Been awhile since I visited this part of the woods.
I'm back in Mississippi again and the HEAT!
I'm hoping the winter activities are as rich as the ones in summer!
When I was in Pennsylvania the winter was snow-filled and freezing! Brrr
I remember one day the high was -14 degs.
Then I went to 96 deg with heat indexes in the 108 deg range
This old body of mine cant take the changes like that.
I've had a few 'hook-ups' on DH that have turned out kinda bad. I'm not on to just get sex and it seems thats where the ladies seem to go right away. I love making love but the sex is just not as important as it once was. I still get horny but it doesn't control me like it used to.
I'm currently talking with a good woman but I am keeping it slow and steady. She lives a few states away and going to meet her will be a serious step in our relationship. We skype and watch movies together. I talk with her almost everyday. She seems to have the qualities I am looking for in a woman. I do have a goal in mind for who I want to be with.
Personally, I am content now. Happiness comes and goes as it should and I manage to live low-stress and drama-free. I hope y'all have reached that point in your lives. Remember, To Thine Own Self Be True!
I now have 11 grandchildren. LOL, Papa is blessed! I wish I saw them more. At least I get to skype and interact with them. My newest additions are twins born about a month ago. A boy and a girl. My baby girl is due to have her 1st in a bit less than 2 mos. She is having a Boy. I get to SEE one grandson every week. He will be one in December and he is cute as a button!
DH has taught me that I need to listen to the 'Red Flags' that go off. Even if my intentions are good I can't change the nature of someone else. I'm still optimistic but then I always have been to some extent. A great way to find out if someone is right for you on here is to take your communication away from DH. If the only thing you seem to talk about is DH related, that is a RED FLAG. Most people on here have been hurt or are afraid of being hurt so they exist in a sort of self-induced misery. Take your interactions away from this environment and see if they can let the misery go.
