To be honest!! I can see his point, for someone like myself who works in the mma industry, but is not a fighter, it's is tiresome to see wannabes keep claiming they train or fight just to try to get p*ssy. And I wouldnt think Chuck is a b*tch either, dude has a 41 sec KO in the first round. I agree with what you said about trsining and hard work. I was taught martial study should lead to control of self. Calling someone out is boastful. Hardly what i would consider a practical or respectful stance. Id be embarassed to even know the guy much less having trained him. Ask your instructor, ftiend. You just failed a test

I only trained for 12 years, so maybe im wrong. Not to be rude, but with that boys attitude he wouldnt be allowed in the door at any place ive trained. he does not appear to possess any type of discipline. He may think of himsrlf as a fighter, and thats fine. It would be a shame if heconsidered himself a martial artist. No one else will. I guesd wannabe posers make me mad.

Which means the name rooster is not only symbolic but dederved. Quit whining. Go have some fights. Biggest guy i ever fought was 6-8 360. Most people i ever fought was 26 ( hell no i didnt win, there wss 26 people. Get some training in. Get some fights in. Curb the anger. Learn to control your own emotions or you waste your time training. easiest way to win is make someone mad. Like i said, you lost. But like i said, maybe im wrong.

its not a good idea to invite everyone in the country practically to fight you. I never start fights with people because, besides its uncool, you don't know who you're messing with, there's 140lb people out there that will eat you for breakfast, there's old timers like 80 yrs old that are healthy, don't smoke, and train everyday, that will pumnch or kick you one time hard and your attitude will change real quick.

I do not fight, but I am pretty involved in the sport, well the UFC in particular.
Letting the "fake" fighters get to you is a little silly. Let them sit back and make fools of themselves. This is, after all, only the internet.

To be honest I've never been trained our took any sort of classes to even be categorized or put ina certain class of fighter...I've done nothing but self observe and understand technique. I dont have belts or titles but I have ever expanding mind and my skills have got sharper and sharper. I've had this interest since about 11 years old and increased my knowledge on the art of "fighting" .....fear isn't in my vocabulary wish I was alot closer to wipe the floor with cocky , know it all fighters . Good luck with ur careers

Im from okc I know Larry he's a joke and a snake all his fighters are like him talk a lot of shit and call ppl out seen it done at a fight in Moore Oklahoma two of his fighters backed out of a match with me not once but twice I fight at 155 and ended up fighting at 170 not saying im a bad a** but I took the fight and won 1st round in 56 sec in way of ko what it sounds like to me is the c*ck I mean the rooster is looking for a easy win

These topics are amusing but I do agree there are alot of fakes to claim there fighters I do practice krav maga and muay thai at premier martial arts I say let the fake be fake after a butt whooping they will wish they were a mma fighter most of these guys take pics with there punching bag and some gloves in there home and post up there mma fighters smh.. I dnt wana be a pro fighter but I do wana teach one day a lot of these young kids go through a lot with bullying at school and I wana help build confidence & self esteem to stand up for them selfs well good luck to you real fighters out there tht fight pro and ill pray for you fake ones out there tht u don't ever run into a pro fighter..

Stevenray82 I did that before with teaching young people from my teens till now. Each level of your maturity is shown in your students skill too depending on if they advanced themselves or not. It's crazy how you can see your different levels of progression in them compared to what you are now, and again once you overcome your current level if you've a student at your current level. Never had a tournament just tests of skill against people who heard I know a bit ranging from soldiers to psychopaths.

OP and the trendy sport of UFC is exactly why I dont associate with "MMA" "fighters".
Most of you never heard of MMA until it got trendy and hit tv and internet. Then there was a swarm of mma wannabes.
Thats all fine and dandy, but good luck in a real world confrontation tough guy.
This trendy bs has put a black eye on the martial art community as a whole and Ill be glad when this shit fades away like Britney Spears.

I feel you cause it is super annoying that every tough guy says "Yeah man I train UFC bro, I'll knock you out" But in all honesty Let them say that shit cause when you put in the hours and work you'll be happy with what you accomplished. Personally I'm not a fighter but I train everyday. Bjj and wrestling are my life and maybe one day I'll be a fighter lol.

Wow interesting responses to a old post I mad on a old profile. Now to clarify. First my record is 9 and 3 as a pro problem is I fought a bunch of fights sanctioned by the Indian tribes that run the casinos in the Midwest so many of my fights did not make it to shurdog or any of the other fight tracking sites. I was 18 and 1 as a ammy I instruct MMA and traditional martial arts and am usually quite humble but that day found my self repeatedly accosted on here by some serious fakes and felt the need to vent. So it is what it is. Respect my position or dont. Every fighter out there feels the way I do when fakes repeatedly come at them with garbage it gets frustrating. Maybe it was crass of me but oh well we all have those moments. I am a martial artist a fighter and a falable human being I make mistakes and sometimes my discipline slips and my frustration shows.
