i have read many wonderful things about that country. Use to have an epal there years ago, he left california because he hates the USA government. I understand that for sure.

Then he moved to Nica, i found him last year online, he is advertising Nica for people who want to move there, he is living off the grid, had a octagnol home, has his online business for years. He is really intelligent.

So I had called up a lady I know, she said she was in a rush and going to Costa Rica for a month with her friend. First to go to a mission to help the poor get free dental but she told me she would be an assistant with the dentists there, then to visit all the wonderful places in Costa Rica.

She travels the world, she was a linguist at the UN for years in the 1960's and she is from Holland. But resided in NY state for the remainder.

She is not a young women she is 70 now and looking great and in great shape you would never know she was 70.

Are you trying to retire to another country? There are beautiful countries in those areas.
I can provide some answers and help if you want to relocate.

Nice house for lease, you'll love it.

I have been to CR twice and fell in love with the country. The best two days of my life where white water rafting down the Pacaure river after they had a week of rain. Insane conditions. That was nine years ago and went back to Tamarindo which is on the west coast last Dec. My dream is to retire there too, but I love Belize also. Most Americans retire on what is called the Gold Coast which is the pacific northwest.I liked flying into Liberia airport to get to that part of the country. It's a direct flight from Atlanta.Definately a good choice to retire in my humble opinion.

Yes, I was born there and travel often to visit my family.

We are very welcoming of tourists. If you plan to buy property dont think it is cheap anymore. The most expensive at along the beaches and near big tourist spots. Is you plan on just renting and are on a budget you can find most people often rent rooms and sometimes offer meals in the cost.

Have fun and enjoy yourself. And eat some gallo pinto
