The best thing about Dr Paul is that people pay attention to him. He speaks well. Has good things to say. [I don't necessarily agree with all of them.] And can get respect because of his unwavering stands/ideas, etc. And yes, he has influenced the Republican platform. And the one thing that makes him stand out is his honesty. Very rare for a politician. May he live long and prosper.
Obamo is the greatest speeker of our time. The smartest man ever. Has nothing but good things to say. Millions like what he says. He even sends thills up the leg of nation talk show host. Are you going vote for him too?

If you like Ron Paul, you should check out Gary Johnson (the Libertarian Party candidate).
Romney sucks sooo hard. >.<

Paul was certainly the best of the bunch, but that's politics. I woulda voted for him several times if I could. Thought of moving to Chicago so I could. But the reality is that we have what we have and anybody but Obama is the better choice.

Doesn't sound like you're very devoted to Ron Paul's way of thinking, and you just care about fiscal sanity (and news flash: Romney/Ryan won't improve that as much as you think).

Actually I was very exicted about Ron Paul. I have followed his thinking longer than you have been on the planet. He believes in fiscal sanity, self reliance, personal responsibility, and abhores government excess and it's departure from the constitution. He and I have shared those same views for something like 40 years.

Unless you want Obama there isn't anyone else in the game. That's how it works, you get to choose between two guys, one or the other. Nobody else matters. Nobody else has any chance of being elected. You could write in "Ron Paul" if you want. But remember, a vote Romney doesn't get is one less that Obama needs.

Fundamentlly I agree, but one thing is certain, we sure don't need any more of Obama. Hopefully a few wassted votes won't matter and the comoing election will be a landslide anyway.

Ron Paul did well. Romney got 2061 nominating convention votes, "others" got 202, most of which were Paul's. Paul got pretty close to 10% and he wasn't even there. Sweet.

Not true. Ron Pauls 10% at the convention sends a strong message to the party about the views of it's supporters, one I'm sure they will heed. I also predict that Paul's supporters won't be silent in the future. The message is finally becoming clear to the Republican Party. I know you got none, and that certainly has no effect at all. Big difference. Take a nap, buddy. Looks like you need one!

Easy answer, neither. Like the "Moral Majority" it is neither.

Question. The RP supporters, are they going to write in RP and knowingly throw away their vote or are they going to at least vote GOP?
