As a male the woman should have the say. The man may have done his part to get her pregnent, but it is her body. She is the one taking the risks of pregnency.
In the matter of Birth the father's consent should be required. If he declines his parental rights should automatically be fully terminated and responsibility for the child is solely on the mother. If the father might be 1 of the many men..that's on her and all men should be notified; paternity tests should always be available.

Me personally, I believe everyone should be fixed at birth and only allowed to have kids once they can prove both financially and mentally that they can provide for a kid.
I also believe that EVERYONE should adopt FIRST before squeezing out a kid. I also think adopting American kids should be easier and cheaper than flying all the way to Russia, China, or Africa to adopt.
As far as abortion. I think the only time abortion should be legal is when it puts the mothers life in danger or in cases of rape.
AND, bolding everything you type doesn't make what you say any more important than anyone elses, it just makes me want to disregard what you say outright.

I think the father should be consulted. If not then I think by using the argument, "you dont have to go through the pregnancy" opens the door to bigger problems in other issues.
If a working man divorced an unworking woman, then I guess she should just be screwed because "she didn't have to do any of the work for the money."
Having the kid, in most cases, was caused by a mutual decision between the adults to have sex. That to me means both adults have an EQUAL say in what happens due to the encounter.
