But in all seriousness. One person can't run a country how the hell would one person run the world. So I would vote for multiple gods and goddesses

No, I don't but they (Greek gods&goddesses) make for good reading. Cronus eating children, Athena turning women into spiders, and Atlas carrying the world on his shoulders; I like that kind of fiction.

Problem is the Greek Gods are the same as Christian gods. Used to explain the unexplainable which therefore creates dogma as priest will attempt to stay in control by claiming divine intervention. Look at the story of Socrates.

Why is it that stories if the greek gods are "greek mythology "? There are still people who openly and avidly worship them. Other religions have stories yet we don't call them "christian mythology" or "mormon mythology" if you belive in the greek gods good for you, its a beautiful religion with wonderful tales and even handed gods and godesses. Best of luck with your belives, you wont get so ridiculed though if you posted on another forum. Some atheists have had bad religous experiences that have made them bitter to any and all religions.

Did indigenous people of all world areas create deities that reflect their
environment, i.e., climate, agriculture, migrations? Pre-Christian europeans
had their Pantheon of Gods ranging from Wotan to the Roman assortment.
A Rabbi once questioned about anti-Judiasm suggested that Europeans have always
deeply resented the imposition of bio/culturally alien religion, Christianity.
A steady movement of Native Americans back to their faith systems.

Do I worship them? No. However in some very small ways they do make more sense than just one all powerful god since each of them was believed to rule specific domains. Either way it is still mythology.

My belief they were beings who knew more than us were different from us and knew how to use more of their minds. Do I worship anything no. We are all gods and goddesses we just need to find our full potential.
