Once again when I attempt to lose any weight, my butt is the first to go. So I have a gluteus minimus and Buddha belly . I am currently only walking and trying to eat right. Does anyone know a routine or exercise that I can incorporate with aerobics/ walking so that I can lose some of this belly fat?

Start Spinning. I wanna keep my tree trunk thighs and big a** too. Spinning( it's biking on a stationary bike at the gym) I assure u, u will keep ur butt, legs and thighs. Also do squats, it will also preserve ur butt. Make sure to eat healthy, that is more important than anything, or ur working out for nothing....
