...when I came home to an empty house. If I am having a bad day or something good happened in my day, I want too talk to someone. Sometimes my friends are busy or I hate to keep bugging them. Its quiet and sometimes lonely. But don't get me wrong I love being single.

Sleepless nights, I do not sleep well in the first place. Plus the longer I am single the more that I find I start to revert to doing more risky and dangerous things. My personality becomes harder to deal with for lack of trusting anyone.

the hardest part for me is thinking that Im not going to meet someone who is cool enough to have a family with. That's very frustrating for me. I'm totally cool being independent weather I'm busy or quiet. In fact I need my time. But, finding or running into or crossing parhs with an integral individual is seeming so rare in todays society. Then the outside factors of for example, jealous, negative, or what ever types that do thier humanly best at gods speed to wreck things. So yeah..

Very true, but I am going on a bus tour vacation and if I share a room with someone its cheaper for me. And the good thing is if there is no one to share I get my own room by myself....awesome!!

Very true, my ex didn't talk at all about his feelings and barely talk to me about anything else, whether if he was sick or mad at me. I am not blaming it all on him for our divorce it takes two to tango, but his silence was the worse . I wanted to talk about things in the end and he would just stare at me and then walk away.... .

@ belle, I agree with #1, I have this pain in my shoulder/chest cavity and I am going to the doctors on Friday. I have no one to hold my hand (shoot went I was married my husband never held my hand). But at least he was home and I felt safer. But in the long run, I love being single.

I really don't miss the sex and I like sleeping in my bed by myself. But sometimes I do wake up and feel a bit scared if I hear a strange noise outside. So I do miss a S/O at those moments. I hate the boogie man. And I just hit my 4th gold star!!! Awesome!

well i was single for years and yet i still lived alone and had my place still till now. however im no longer single, it seems im now just starting to experience lifes gifts like a warm relationship, however the dark is that she has cancer. she stated its terminal if not treated. being single was painfull for a long time, i had to push it down deep or it would of harmed me more than i inticipated. i knew what it was like to have no one on a weekend or just to hands in the park, to look at her warm eyes to feel the sensuality of her skin, to ebrace each other with a golden hue in our hearts, to see profound light of hope and wonder, the flow of life. but now i finally have and now its grand, i thank god for helping me led to a ladie finally who truthfully likes me. i hope im not wrong about us, but i have alot of general and warm love to give myself, regardless if im in love or not. i hope others out there that are lonely as i was find profound embrace with others.

The hardest part for me is having that someone there when I get home and a kiss after a long day at work, going to bed sucks because I now have no one to hold at night. I have my 2 kids but I can't really talk to them about how my day is going and how I feel. I know it sounds stupit but it's just my opinion.
