My most recent collecting is Ford model T car & tuck parts, As I have decided to build two up to give to both my grandsons one day.
The 1st one I started collecting parts for was once my dads TT truck.
The 2nd will be from all the left over parts could be car or tuck?
Yesterday I found two cars, a 1917 & a 1923 + a pickup load of parts, In a few years of this and rebuilding will see what I come up with for the 2nd grandson.
In the past I have collected many things like Old tractors & old farm equipment and tools, Cushman Scooters & motocycles, muzzel loading rifle's & shotguns.& also restoring a 1944 Chevy 4x4 millitary fire truck. I maybe retired but not out of work.

I used to drive over the road, started collecting shot glasses everywhere I went, they were resonably cheap and easy to haul around till I got home. I probably have over 400. The sad part is I dint even drink. Also have started collecting Breyer horses in the last few years.

Playing cards, like the poker kind. I'm not even sure how I started but I have close to 400 decks now. But it has tapered off a lot because I started getting picky about new decks that are all made by the same company. I try to just collect older decks now. And I also used to collect knives.

my largest collection is obsolete,electronic gadgets that people throw away; I disassemble them, remove the good,usable, nuts/bolts/screws/switches/wire/components/connectors/PS/transformers/knobs/speakers, and re-use them in new electronic projects!
