I joined the site in tears. I was coming out of a relationship and I needed a place to vent. I posted actively and I got lots of advice and criticism. During this time, this gorgeous guy contacted me. I've had a wonderful time getting to know him. I loved waking up to his beautiful blue eyes. But as fate would have it, my insecurities had the best of me. I just broke up with him just because I was afraid of getting hurt. I know he is confused, but maybe I should have taken time to heal first. I hope I don't regret the decision, but I love you Kris but I gotta say goodbye. Thanks Date Hookup for the opportunity to fall in-love, but I gotta say goodbye and deal with my issues first.

As someone who has had his heart ripped out, i must say what you did was not right. If you still had doubts then why the hell did you play with that guy's feelings like that? You obviously are not ready to move on, and yes you should have given yourself time to heal. Don't try to rebound so quickly, give it as much time as you need, your heart will tell you when it's right.
