I used too be a kickboxer i also trained for the ufc but had a knee injury so couldnt go pro but still love too fight and i have found that there are so many guys n females who are intimidated by it
so whats ur thoughts

Nope. Back in the day when I was clubbin it was cool to have a chick that could box. Mouthy women suck, but a woman that knows her way around the arts is an asset. She will also understand what is off limits as far as physical antagonism goes. So you have a weakened knee, there are many choices you have in finding a softer art to continue with.

I dunno, because youre only 22 and I dont know if there is cartilege damage or if you have had surgery and there are some things that will always be painful... That would be the worse case, and in that case, I think aikido would be loads of fun, folding, locking and evading are good skills to have. You have to be patient though, rolling is important to that system and you don't get to do a lot of matching until rolling and the break falls are up to par for the instructor to move you forward. The art relies on the uke bieng able to break the fall and or roll out of locking takedowns ect.

I think if a Guy is the least bit intimidated by a female that can not only hold her own but also seriously fight...he's not a real man. Jmhe should b happy that she's a little more protected if she goes out without him

yea i have a plate n three screws in my knee but it dont bother me as bad anymore n im still sparring n stuff i just dont move as fast now. Alsoimgladthat guys arent intimidated by it i know how to stand up for myself

i think men who cant fight it does but men that can it doesnt matter id prefer it ive taught 3 females i was wit that wanted to learn i think people should be empowered male or female n if ur having knee problems id try thia chi or some type of counter fighting

First of all you don't train for the ufc. You fight in smaller events , build your record and hope to noticed for your accomplishments. Then maybe you get a shot in the ufc. Also what knee injury can't be fixed these days. What was your knee amputated. Another bullsh t story

i find it un attractive for women to fight unless its for sport then its kinda of sexy if i find her attractive plus she'll know who the man is when i beat it up in the bedroom

I teach all types of women martial arts and I am very proud of them when they become proficient. I don't believe anyone should be more intimidated by women martial artist than men martial artist.
