I have been hosting at this venue every month for the last 18 months. We have anywhere from 50 to 90 attend. Last month we had about 90! The age group is usually 40 to 60 but we are getting more 20 and 30 something's attending!
You get out of these events what you put in. They are not intended to be markets or hook up parties but a chance to meet other singles in person!

I have made a lot of good friends going to these events...You need to come to more then one event to get to know people..We have a lot of fun and do a lot of things together on the weekends...better then staying home alone.....Come on out...

It is very cool what you are doing! I think it is a really good idea to just have events for single people. Unfortunately I don't live anywhere near Omaha, otherwise I would go. The main reason why I am on this site is because I'm new to my area and I'm looking for women who are available. Thanks for your efforts please let me know if you receive any info on something like this in the Beatrice are.

These events are a very good thing for singles. I have met a lot of nice people and it is a nice safe entertaining place to gather and have a good time

Outhouse44, anyone can host an event. You just have to find a venue then put out the invite! That is what I did 18 months ago! Try it!!!

Any suggestions for someone who is extremely shy? That would be me. I don't "do" groups easily but I am so tired of sitting at home! Anyone willing to help me out of my shell that I seem to have crawled into after my divorce five years ago?

Juleekh.... Just take a chance and come out and join us! We have had people come in and join us at the first booth and stay there all night! It is a safe environment and no one will pressure you into anything. There are a lot of regulars there who are very nice. I say just take the first step!

THE AIR CONDITIONING IS FIXED!!!! The Penthouse Lounge is located at 84th and K, across from H & H Chevrolet. It offers an intimate, safe and friendly atmosphere.
The Penthouse is the new night hangout for singles! Fridays from 5 to 7 for free appetizers and fun. Karaoke every Saturday night!

This event is presented as a chance to just come and hang with other singles on a regular basis. It is an opportunity to have great conversation and fun with other singles that are looking for something to do on a Saturday night. There will be no formal activities but there will always be a host/hostess present to help with introductions.
