dont matter. little by little parts are being outsourced to china vendors. ymmv depending where you buy your parts at. you could try the dealer if the original was american made.

Some parts just fail from how they were originally designed by the engineers. So it doesn't really matter what store you buy them at. As long as you get the part for the best price and warranty. Also depends on how you drive your vehicle as to how long a part lasts. I have worked autozone, and currently work at advance auto, and I'm a mechanic.

I like rockauto.com .....you get a better price...you walk in to your autozone,napa,o`reillys.... you only have the choice of what he tells you...

it depends on what your driving,and the quality you keep in it.
depends on the part too.
i usually get my parts off the internet that offer warantees,ofcourse.
theres a auto parts store that specializes in "speedshop"musclecar,prostreet type of stuff,and they're family owned too,and know their customers by name.
they know about cars too,because they've been there 55 yrs.
thats where i go too.

Autozone junk,
Advance, buy the top line, low line is junk(I was a Commercial Parts Pro for Advance)
NAPA, used to be top dog(I worked for them also) but over the last few year have slipped badly, Quality the same as Advance, but Advance usally has better price.
O'Riley has just moved into my area,but I have not heard anything bad about them, seams to be on par with Advance.
