[Look: I've already gotten questions about my photo being genuine. It was taken by a professsional--my sister, who's a photojournalist at the Atlanta Constitution and makes a little money on the side doing professional-quality portraits. And, yes, the photo is about a year old now, maybe more...so sue me, my sister's busy.]
The world isn't ready for me to tell it about me. Or maybe it is, it seems to have survived Herod, Caligula, Nero and Genghiz Khan pretty well. Will it support sociopathic heavies like Bush and Cheney, Rove and Card, Alberto Gonzalez? Probably, but that remains to be seen.
I can't help it that I'm so damned bright and mature for my age. Although I recently learned that I could qualify for membership in MENSA, I believe that those poor folks have serious, serious esteem issues--who needs to belong to a society that distinguishes and celebrates itself for superior intelligence? Seems very snobby to me, and I ain't one of those.
It seems self-defeating to be looking for dates or beyond by limiting this section to a description of myself; beauty is, after all, in the eyes of the beholder. And ugly goes clear through to the bone, darlin'. What is probably more apt would be what I have to offer: kindness, focus, inspiration (I am a whiz on guitar and keyboards), humor, and insightfulness.
I am great at giving no-bs responses to the problems plaguing the human condition and the world at large. If you need support, and we trust each other, you will find no more supportive man in the state of Georgia. If you compromise the trust, or discuss intimate details we shared in private with friends, I must show you the door, or walk out of yours.
