"Selfish" guy whose main priority over the next 3 years is to ensure that my younger children living with me (22 y/o son in college and 25 y/o daughter in law school) plant the seeds for success in life. I have found that some women are not excited to meet a guy with kids at home. For she that does not discern, or she that has similar selfish objectives on her own behalf, I welcome the opportunity for discussion.
Open communication is most important. I may have some pre-conceived notions of the type of woman, but I am open to a short phone conversation or meeting for coffee to see how conversation flows. I prefer "sassy" to "classy", will "settle" for both. I have recently recognized that it is worthwhile not to attempt to read between the lines when looking at profiles and photos, and I remain open to learn about women that interest me, and those who are interested in me.
