Picking up the pieces after a very destructive divorce. Boy am I glad that THAT'S over...
I've spent the last 4 1/2 years learning a great deal more about myself and changing in various ways. I think that the version 2.0 of myself is better than the version 1.0. Now I want to get started on version 3.0.
I know that I love women and as a man that truly loves women, I am seeking someone whose company I can enjoy both in and out of the bedroom, that is bright, funny, articulate, warm, affectionate, interesting and interested.
As a Twenty-First century single dad, I have joint custody and my kids are with me part-time. On the other hand, I also have tremendous freedom the rest of the time, as I work from home and am self-employed.
People (not just my mom) tell me I am bright, funny and a helluva good guy.
More.... Let's see - I like to think of myself as down-to-earth, bright, funny, interesting, interested, articulate, witty, fun, spontaneous - and more. This just scratches the surface.
I spend a great deal of time with my two wonderful children who mean the world to me. My son is 16, gets terrific grades in school and is a great kid. My daughter is 10, vivacious and the light of her father's eye - a delightful 4th grader that also gets great grades.
I really love music - I have a CD collection of over 10,000 CDs and am always on the hunt for holes to fill within the collection. My musical tastes include blues, R&B, R&R, soul, vocalists, etc. etc.
You can often find me at any of many little hole in the wall restaurants, engaged in political discussion, reading the LA Times (and bemoaning how it's gotten so much worse in recent years), or working away at my home office.
