Who am I? I’m Brant—I’m a professional, funny, righteous Renaissance man who works hard, as well as plays hard. I come from a very loving family, where my mom and dad—two devoted individuals who professed their love for each other daily, and raised me well on the tenets of RESPECT, HONESTY, and LOYALTY. Hence, which made me the loving, affectionate person I am today. Therefore, the ideal candidate for Brant would not be easily exasperated, but she would be willing to converse and talk among each other, as respectful adults should do, knowing that the only way to get things done is to express yourself openly, respectfully, and honestly, while maintaining her loyalty to her relationship.
I’m a dedicated father. Therefore, my primary responsibility is my daughter. Yes, I understand that when I’m married, things must change, but I’m looking for a woman who is not trying to take my daughter’s place by demanding that a man “lace her with all of the finest things in life.” Rather, she’d be confident in knowing that she has a “special place” in my heart, not in my wallet. Shoot, I wouldn’t let you do that, anyway. Let’s be real. I don’t own the world and don’t profess to, either. If you’re looking for a man to dare put you before his daughter, then keep moving! No, I’m not gonna promise to buy you the world without first taking ownership of my own responsibilities. That would be fiscally irresponsible, wouldn’t it?
It has been said that hindsight is 20/20. Well, my relationship experiences have taught me that there are several needed stages of a relationship in order for them to be successful.
For instances, I believe that friendship precedes courtship. It is my contention that LIKING is a prerequisite to LOVING. Therefore, I’m looking for a friend, FIRST! Not a one night stand. Not a girl. Not games, not drama, and not someone who’s looking to rush the art of courting stage, either. Far too often, many try to by-pass this phase, only to be in love with someone they don’t like…I refuse to chose the latter.
I also believe that courtship is a prerequisite to relationship. And after a sound relationship has been established, well, you know….the big “M” word. LOL!
What am I looking for?
It is my desire to find someone who is smart, goal-oriented, ambitious, sexy, affectionate, loves to have fun and can work a good social seen. A hard working lady who makes time to enjoy life and everything that comes with it. Most importantly, she has got to love her family. I'm new to Augusta so I always appreciate meeting new and exciting people.

I do, however, professed to be Mr. Almost Right, knowing that no one on earth can come without flaws. In the movie Good will Hunting, Robin Williams said it best when he declared, “You're not perfect, sport, and let me save you the suspense: this girl you've met, she's not perfect either. But the question is whether or not you're perfect for each other.” Therefore, my quest is not in finding the perfect person; rather, my desire is to find the perfect combination. She would come with flaws, but without drama. She may come with baggage, but she’s not a bag-lady. She may not come with a degree, but she’s wise. She will not come walking behind me, but beside me (for she’s my rib). She may have been scorned, but she’s not quick to anger, for she understands that anger is the language and tools of fools….And although she may have been hurt in the past, she still has enough heart to love me with all of her heart and soul.

If you’re looking for a superficial man, like the one you hear about in commercial R&B, who may even put his hands on you and say later, “Oops it was a mistake,” a man who will lie and cheat on you because he fell for only your exterior (physical attributes) and not the inner beauty that you possess inside, a man who doesn’t work because he’s been waiting on his next unemployment check or waiting to drop his new demo this year, then press the “back” button and keep looking because I’m not the one.
