It told me to write something about yourself in this space so here goes........
"SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF"
I really dont see what good that does. Am I being to literal?
Isn't that what all these other boxes I just filled out were about? What? Want more???
Well i was born fairly early in my life, had to grow up one year at a time. I looked back at my journal I kept when I was a baby and wanted to share a few entries with you here...
Day 1) Still tired from the move.
Day 2) Everyone talks to me like I'm a complete idiot.
See some things never change.
I took my first steps on my feet but was crawling soon after.
Later in my teen years team sports was a huge influence in my life and I still hate them to this day.
I remember my first sexual experience, it was wonderful, I just wish someone had been there to enjoy it with me.
Learning to drive was very tough. Not on me. but it was for all the people on the sidewalk at the time.
Lost my first job, well I didnt "LOSE" it. I knew where it was but everytime I went there they had someone else doing it. Dang NASA, but hey its not like its rocket surgery.
Since then Ive enjoyed a career in communications & power. If I hadnt started my career path in that, I probably wouldnt be doing it today.
My favorite hobby now is hunting, I learned it at an early age and took to it like a cat to water. Some day I will actually be able to kill something I have been told. (dont they have to let you put a bullet in the gun first?)
I have 4 wonderful girls, surprised thier real parents havent missed them yet. I know I miss them all the time, dang that reminds me, my membership dues are late at the firing range.
My grandbaby is wonderful and I just wish I didnt keep failing 5th grade so we could spend some more time together but now she's way too advanced for me in middle school.
Let me pause to reflect back over the good times in my life (pauses 5 seconds) sorry I fell asleep, where were we? Oh yeah, I was born a poor black child.....
