I love playing sports. I used to play softball/baseball, basketball, and volleyball. Now in my spare time I recently picked up snowboarding and I'm trying to get my motorcycle license this summer. I love to sew as a side thing. I recently invested in a sewing machine to get into it again. I have to say I LOVE trying new food and I LOVE traveling even if its small local stuff. I love concerts, plays, going dancing, and having fun in general. I am open to really anything. There's a lot to know about me and this little box just won't cut it.
Goals on a bigger picture, I want to be materially and spiritually satisfied one day with a family of my own. On a smaller picture I hope to go to graduate school next fall for a master's. I have a pretty good idea of who I am and who I want to become but I also believe that everything changes with time, your likes and interests, and certainly sometimes who you want to be. With time and experience we learn that adjusting is the way we find ourselves and who we truly are in the end.
What makes me unique? I guess I have to go with the cliche and say you have to find out for yourself. If I have to say something then.... I have an obnoxious laugh and I'm very spontaneous. I can walk into a room full of people I don't know and blend in but at the same time stand out.
I also love listening to music...I recently expanded my horizons; I went from listening to top 40 (mainstream), hip hop, and r&b, to rock (alternative and some hard), jazz, and modern classical and regular classical, 80s, 90s basically everything other than SOME country, and opera depending on my mood.
Why am I on this site? I was very skeptical about trying this website at first and now I feel like being open to anything is the best thing. You just never know =) The intent box up there made me pick one so I picked 'I want a relationship.' I don't want to date without some intent that there's a future in talking to someone. Is it a fairytale story to find someone here and eventually grow old with them? Yeah it is.....but a girl can keep dreaming right? There's no reason to not hope for the best =)
