Hello!
I'm a graduate student. I moved to ABQ to do my PhD in underwater archaeology (no this is not my research area). I'm working on my 3rd degree in my 3rd country. I'm a Canadian citizen and did my master's degree in the UK. I have traveled around North America and Europe, but really want to see the rest of the world.
Work and school (i.e. writing my dissertation) keep me very busy, and I'm looking for someone to hang out with and make me stop working 24/7. I spend my free time going to movies and watching entire tv series... (it took me all semester to get through Star Trek Voyager...all 7 seasons - but it was a great way to relax).
I look for people that are highly intelligent, usually having traveled (preferably outside the US), and have a good job (or student). I like having complicated conversations about nothing (like what is "culture" or what would the world be like if we have WW3). (Basically, if you have a high school education, you need to explain to me why I should talk to YOU).
Yes I scuba dive, I'm actually a PADI assistant Instructor. But no, I haven't been diving lately (it is hard in the desert). I really want to see more of New Mexico and am up for some road trips...
my students have decided that whom ever I date has to come in and wash out blackboard (yes we still use a chalkboard).
