Laid back but can get excited. Looking for honest fun loving man. I'm not looking for a man who wants commitment or affection right away. If chemistry sparks... great for us... if not and we develop a friendship... great for us. Just because I said looking for friendship, does not mean I don't want to date. I want to take my time. In my quite time I like to draw and paint, or read a good novel. I also enjoy non fiction, preferably history. I am somewhat of a movie junkie. I like hiking, camping -primitive is preferable. I enjoy fishing, the quiet waters, the patients, the shore lunches awesome! . I don't mind hunting, but I prefer just to target shoot. I have a soft heart, if I see it bleed, I can't eat it. I was taught very young when learning to shoot, if you kill it you eat it. I just don't fit the bill as a hunter. However, I am a darn good shot.
As far as sports teams: Dallas Cowboys, OU and the Milwaukee Brewers.
I have a passion for art shows and shopping for antiques. I love history.
I am an avid painter, I like to see other painters works, and learn from their style. I am my own painter, only with the blessing of God, who blesses me with the gift and his beautiful scenes.
I am looking for a strong man. One who is not caught up in his past relationships and has not grown from them. We have all had failed relationships or we would not be here. (hopefully if you are on this site you ARE SINGLE!)
I am looking for my true prince. The one who fits me, and I fit him. Along the way I enjoy meeting good people and making friendships. My true prince is one who is smart, intellectual, enjoys some of my interests likes to travel, accepts my family (namely my children and grandchildren the same way I will accept his), I want him to be fairly fit, I understand once we reach 40ish it gets a little harder. I would like him to be open to walking, biking, hiking, gym time or other physical activities we can do together.
I have several things on my bucket list. Own a Harley and ride cross country, tour Ireland, win the lottery ( yes I dream ), see New York City at Christmas, fish in Canada, tour Alaska and maybe even primitive camp with the right Guide, and the list goes on.
