The BAD:
I'm incredibly sarcastic and cynical on average... you have to be a certain amount of smart to get me (no shocker a lot of people aren't, I'm ok with that). I'm a realist, not to be confused with a pessimist... I just call things as I see them. I don't really have a filter, what I think kind of just comes out most of the time.
The GOOD:
I would consider myself to be smart, motivated, a natural leader (kind of an alpha male), and typically very good at whatever I apply my time to (ECT school/work/gym/hobbies/relationships). I do have a very good sense of humor and I can get along with/successfully interact with virtually anybody with relative ease. I am an outgoing person and I like to meet new people.
Career:
As far as my career is concerned, I have been in management roles since I have been 18 years old. I worked at UPS for nearly 10 years and was promoted multiple times managing both "in-hub" and "on-road" operations. I was on the verge of promotion once again, when I came to a cross-road in my life and decided that this was no longer the path that I wanted to take for numerous reasons (no work/life balance, no corporate loyalty & many others). I have since taken a Logistics management position at Target, which has allowed me to continue to pursue the completion of my degree's (date of completion is summer 2012). I do plan on obtaining a position in the future where my degrees are applicable (double ba in Marketing as well as Corporate Finance).
Hobbies:
I like to: Hangout with friends & family, go out to dinner, go out on the town, sing, dance, play guitar, listen to music, workout, hike, ride my bicycle, keep it low-key, watch movies, occasionally debate (mental stimulation), play X-Box, coach my sisters bball team, continuing my education, continuing to improve myself and others (when possible).
