About Me

Hey there. I moved to Florida about 4 years ago after a brutal 15 years in a factory close to Chicago, and deciding enough is enough. I moved here to pursue a career in scuba diving. Since living here, I have achieved my Divemaster, assistant instructor, open water instructor, and master scuba diver trainer certifications. I also work in a retail dive shop and often take trips to Ft. Lauderdale and Key Largo to certify students.

When I am not diving, I have gotten more into cooking (addicted to cooking shows? uhhh yeah..) By no means a chef, just love the idea of turning on some tunes, and trying to make something different every time.

I am not a huge sports nut, but always try to catch the Chicago Bears, Bulls or Cubs game when they are on. I try to hit a few games every year when they come to Florida.

I am recently divorced of 10 years, and have a awesome 6 year old, which lives back in Illinois with his mother, and I miss him like crazy. I guess after 10 years, I am just looking to get out and meet new people and have some fun.

As far as anything else goes.... Here's some things I love, and some,...not so much. Love almost any kind of music, except country and classical, Love going out, but not much into the party scene, Love playing softball even though I suck at it, Love scuba diving, hate bad visibility, Love to travel to warm and sunny places, Hate that I don't know every language in the book, I love lamp, Love to just hang out at the house with good friends, Hate when they drink all my booze and don't replenish, Love my kid, Hate that he's so far away, Love good comedy movies, Hate the Twilight Series, Love life, Hate that I haven't hit the Lotto yet, Love riding Harleys, Hate that I had to sell mine.
