Thank you for visiting my profile. I am recently widowed after a 55 year long, and happy marriage to the love of my life.
I am hoping to fill some of the void that was left when she passed away.
In the past, I used to do just about everything without asking for professional help.
Through the years, my jobs have required high mechanical and analytical skills.
I am very mechanically inclined and happily attempt to fix items.
I like to know how things work, and like to come up with a more efficient way to do things
My first jobs were in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and control systems.
Over the years, I have built greenhouses for my parents and in my own backyard, that were used mainly for raising orchids..
I spent many years self employed rebuilding mechanical music instruments including player pianos, orchestrions, reed organs, pipe organs, and anything else brought to us.
I enjoy woodworking, and have a full wood shop at home. For many years, my wife and I made toys for Toys 4 Tots. I would like to find a companion who would accept the challenge of learning new crafts.
