About Me |
I am a driven individual that likes to provide and take care of my friends. I am a loyal Bulldawg to them in any way I can be. I love to cook and entertain for my friends and am the life of my parties. I love live music and I love to dance. I am the one that all of my friends go to for advice and love to help people deal with any problem.
Ok. So what I am I looking for? I am looking for a woman that is strong and happy as she is but could appreciate a guy that knows how to treat a woman. I am old fashioned in that way and feel that family and God are the most important things in life followed and sometimes equaled by your friends. If you are looking for a real guy that will care for you and your family, stop looking I am here. If you are tired of the games people play and want to be treated with respect and care, stop looking because you have found him. I like to keep busy as well, especially in nice weather. I can relax at home and watch a movie but like being put and about if I can. Going to the lake out a concert or just for a walk. So If you think this might work for you, you like my pics and have not fallen asleep yet, take a moment and drop me a note. Sorry so long but want people to know what I am about before we meet.
According to the Gallup Organization these are my top five strengths and how the define me.
1. Achiever
Your Achiever theme helps explain your drive. Achiever describes a constant need for achievement. You feel as if every day starts at zero. By the end of the day you must achieve something tangible in order to feel good about yourself. And by “every day” you mean every single day—workdays, weekends, vacations. No matter how much you may feel you deserve a day of rest, if the day passes without some form of achievement, no matter how small, you will feel dissatisfied.
2. Significance
You want to be very significant in the eyes of other people. In the truest sense of the word you want to be recognized. You want to be heard. You want to stand out. You want to be known. In particular, you want to be known and appreciated for the unique strengths you bring. You feel a need to be admired as credible, professional, and successful. Likewise, you want to associate with others who are credible, professional, and successful. And so your life is filled with goals, achievements, or qualifications that you crave. Whatever your focus—and each person is distinct—your Significance theme will keep pulling you upward, away from the mediocre toward the exceptional.
3. Analytical
Your Analytical theme challenges other people: “Prove it. Show me why what you are claiming is true.” In the face of this kind of questioning some will find that their brilliant theories wither and die. You see yourself as objective and dispassionate. You like data because they are value free. They have no agenda. Armed with these data, you search for patterns and connections. You want to understand how certain patterns affect one another. How do they combine? What is their outcome? Does this outcome fit with the theory being offered or the situation being confronted?
4. Strategic
The Strategic theme enables you to sort through the clutter and find the best route. It is not a skill that can be taught. It is a distinct way of thinking, a special perspective on the world at large. This perspective allows you to see patterns where others simply see complexity. Mindful of these patterns, you play out alternative scenarios, always asking, “What if this happened? This recurring question helps you see around the next corner. There you can evaluate accurately the potential obstacles. Guided by where you see each path leading, you start to make selections.
5. Competition
Competition is rooted in comparison. When you look at the world, you are instinctively aware of other people’s performance. Their performance is the ultimate yardstick. No matter how hard you tried, no matter how worthy your intentions, if you reached your goal but did not outperform your peers, the achievement feels hollow. If you can compare, you can compete, and if you can compete, you can win. And when you win, there is no feeling quite like it. You like other competitors because they invigorate you.
