I've learned that true strength includes the ability to easily be gentle and loving, and be able to push through things found most scary. To pick one's self up after being knocked down to the ground or to admit mistakes are other versions of strong. The weak just don't seem to ever get back up; it's never their fault and they will always fiercely defend never being mistaken or wrong.
