Poem That I wrote "If I were to disappear"

If I were to disappear!

If I were to disappear,
would you notice? would you care?
Oh how I sit here pondering,
all these thoughts appearing out of thin air.
My mind is racing, dozens of thoughts passing at the speed of light.
I sleep alone, only to wake up crying in the middle of the night.
Is anybody listening? Can you hear my cries?
I'm tired of all of the deception,misery, and lies!
In my dreams, I see myself standing, in the middle of a darkened lake, surrounded by dense, thick, white fog, no sign of life, anywhere at all.
Alone I stand screaming, do you hear my hearts call?
Or am I damned to be alone in this life, cursed in love and hated by all?
Tears stream down my face, my saddened eyes cry, as I scream to the god and goddess above, "why oh why?"
Dark clouds form, the winds gusting up high,
Rain begins to fall,as if it were the angels blood from the sky.
The lake starts overflowing, like a river out to sea,
Here I'm left standing alone,nobody beside me.
I awaken from my dream, and the harsh reality is,
My life is of nothing, but pain and despair, it is but the emptiness, of the never ending abyss.
I ask yet again,
If I were to disappear,
would you notice? would you care?
