uploading pics from cell. n email nothings working wtheck i meed help n i sentt email to cusomer support nothing ....wow

Thanks again robin I had to hookup by USB cord to my phone download my pictures to my laptop then I was able to upload to the site. Thanks again robin

You didn't specify in your post, but ...
Do not use your DH email to upload pic to the DH given pic email address.
You use your "off-line" personal email account on your harddrive and send your pic to the email address listed on My Photos.

I dont know why its taking so long for pictures to be uploading/approved (proably because they have ALOT to go threw and approve/reject,etc. But try adding pics on your computer.

From what im understanding "the upload photos via email feature is currently not working, and we are aware of this. It is on the slate of things to be fixed, and it should be back sometime this week - All photos emailed thus far are still in our system. They just need to upload them to DH...But if you would want them up now, using a normal computer and going through the photos page is the fastest way. If you can an wait a few days, the system should go through the backlog by then".

If its for the email address to add pics - try using a computer and not the email feature because that takes forever for pictures to be added (if they ever do load).

Oh, that email address is different for everyone - click on My Photos, then on Click here to add a new photo (max 20), and you'll be able to see your email address for pictures.

The libary in your town is a public libary. The picture email feature is not working so its proably better if you use a computer.

Public libraries usually have several computers available and you just have to sign up to use one. How you will get the photos there is email them to yourself so that way you will log in to your own email at the library and download the pictures to the desktop to upload to DH. Just be careful that once you are done, you delete the photos and dont leave them there because it's a public access terminal.
