I think you dont have a easy way to ask... Because i also feel that if i had a empy sack i would really tell you and let you know maybe it was cancer or trauma like you said. But maybe his embrassed to tell you about it. Actually there are occasions when my testicles retract deep into my body and it feels as if the ballsack is empty but they are there. It only happens very rarely and sometimes just one will retract. I remember when I was in the Navy and had a physical and the Dr did the ball check and asked me if I only had one testicle. Normally they hang down like a couple of golf balls swaying in a hairy hammock.
If he really has no balls I wonder why he wouldn't talk about it. It's not like you're going to miss the fact he has no balls.

Back when I was around 19, I got with this girl....great girl too.
When we went to a certain place in sex, it turned out she had lost a breast in a fire....being the person I am....I didn't let it bother me, and I made her feel at ease about it........there's no point in going on with the story.
Bottom line, she felt ill at ease about it, never mentioned it ahead of time, etc....but I had the compassion to understand.
On dating sites the odds are as high as 100 to one....men over womem, I'm sure if this guy was upfront from the get go....there goes any chance of him ever getting a date on a dating site.
As you stated he had all of these other things going for him, so he was hoping, if someone got to know him first, then he had a chance.
To answer the question? you just simply wait for the right time and ask in a nice, caring way.
Simple huh? me thinks you want to bail over this, don't have the courage alone to do it... so you came here for gratification from others as in....you should bail, because he wasn't upfront or whatever, but the real reason is...you can't accept this in him.
To me..you show a lack of human compassion, and to me, that a diaability I can't accept in someone, and would prevent me from dating them.
