Profile and chemistry are #1, visual appearance is basically a yes/no decision.
I do believe in "sex rank" and if you want a long lasting relationship I think you need to be fairly equal in that regard.
I challenge you hot women to prove me different but I'm not going to hold by breath, just Mr. Average here.

That magnanimous equanimity can be interpreted one of three ways in my estimation.
You're only interested in a roll in the hay and not particular about with who. Or...
You are young, naive, or
not a real deep thinker about what a particular job might signify about the person doing it.
A 17-24 year old bus boy (or other menial worker) may be a real "catch" for a young girl, as he is just on the " launch pad of life" and probably has his "sights" set quite a bit higher as to a future career and is working towards that.
A 25-30 year old busboy is often still undecided, aimless about pursuing any given career and increasingly complacent about NOT striving to better himself.(if he has any sense, talent or ability at all he should be questioning his high self esteem, and doing something to justify it.)
A 30-45 year old busboy pretty much fits most people's definition of "a loser".
A 46-65 year old busboy will usually either be a just pitiful lesson of what bad choices in life will get you, dropouts, quitters, troublemakers,(incarceration for crimes, drug or alcohol abuse, problem gambling, laziness etc)
or a rare, but increasing common fate suffered by older, hard-working, even once successful people reduced to menial jobs by age discrimination and thus utterly destroyed by the economic down turn.
"High Self-esteem" has to have some tie to reality unless you propose to buy into other people's insanity/fantasy world. The only people I know that are willing to do that are fostering their own inflated ego. For them, it becomes a trade off, something like "you buy that I'm a genius whose brilliance is ignored and I will buy that you could have been a movie/rock star if anybody had just given you a chance" and we can live in bliss in my camping trailer in the woods, on food stamps. Good luck with that. For me, truth matters.

I do it all the time, message them anyways and am not sure how to hold their attention when they do message me back. I try being funny...works a lot of the time. If being funny fails, I always have looking funny to fall back on.
