this baffles me,because the majority of people,including me...live in the suburbs.
which is basicly the cities outside of Chicago.
if people around here vacation,they go to new buffalo,michigan.
or they drive a half hour away to cedar lake,snyder,willow slew,or valporaiso.

i seem to attract the ones that all they want is someone to take care of them or use you till i throw them out. neither one will lift a finger to help out or get a job. when you ask them to do something they cry and say i am abusing them. thats when i laugh and throw them out. so does everyone else they date too and they cant figure out whats going on and why they throw them out.

I have to have a sit down" talk with my nephew.
he wants to be involved in a lot of things I do.
when his father passed away,him and his brother were left with a $250,000 life insurance policy that is mainly going to be used to go to school,and thank god for that.
its up to him,whatever he wants to be,whatever he decides to do.
I don't talk about it that much publicly,but...I still appraise and inspect homes.
I can very easily make between 2-3 grand a week.
now,owning another business,it just adds to it.
im going to let my mother run the place,because its something shes dreamed of.
hell,women and bakeries are inseperable.
he see's the money I make from appraising and inspecting,and its interesting him.
I just want to make sure he's doing what he truly wants to do.

maybe take him along on one of your inspections and let him see whats its like from start to finish. maybe its to boring for him all that paper work that needs to be done. at least he has the opertunity to try it out for himself and see if he likes it.
have him fill out his set of forms that he took from inspecting the same house. then tell him everything he missed and why you dont word things this way or that way edit pics if you take them and have your report done in a 48 hr period.
