First, you have to decide if you're okay with your relationship not being monogamous... and I say "not being monogamous" and not being with a bi-woman because since you can't meet her girlfriend, you don't know if it is indeed a girl or not. Women cheat too. They typically just put more thought/time/planning into it.
"What's good for the goose..." applies here. So, you're justified in getting yourself a boyfriend ....or girlfriend too.  Either way, if this is real and not just another made up DH story I think your relationship is doomed.

That's something you need to decide.. but.. the way i see it is everything in a relationship is shared or is at least open for debate.. if she's not sharing with you .. that's a problem. If she's with this woman in an intimate way.. she's also with everyone that has ever slept with this woman.. and she's gonna bring THAT home to YOU.. So this DOES impact you seriously! I'm not sure how well relationships can survive unless they are exclusive.. or everything mutually desired and shared.
