I have a theory that larger people have a higher intelligence. I think this is due to the fact that instead of going out and playing sports we(including myself as an overweight person) stayed in and read or found other ways to occupy our minds. But did we do this because we were inherently more intelligent, or are we more intelligent bc we did this? hmm... excuse my typing and spelling its really late..or extremely early however u want to look at it. What do you think?

You know what? I am a full figured woman,, yeah, I have been thinner,,, it doesn't do me well, I got what my baby brothers call them breedin hips,, 
I could easily stand to lose a good 40 pounds , but for now,, my bootay is large and in CHARGE!!!

(Believe me, just because you are book smart does not mean that you have a lick of sense!) Besides, sitting back and reading romance novels all day does nothing for the mind...or the body! I got him on the other side.. I think there are lots of people that are intellegent size doesnt matter... But he also called bigger people lazier.. I was a extremely active child and teen and was still a big gal..

I used to be sized 58 in the chest 54 in the waist and weighed almost 400 lbs,
now im 36in waist and 38 in chest and I weigh 194.5 I was very smart and still am, even after losing a couple houndred lbs.

Fat people spend more time figuring things out.They are not very active so they spend hours at puzzle solving.Thin people are usually too active to sit and do something for hours.They are also overtly concerned with health issues.I believe your brain only has so much memory .its up to you fill it with what you want.I know fat people may appear to be foolish because they over eat but I think they just ignore the fact that they are overeating.
this fitness guy on tv says your brain is mostly composed of fat cells so when someone calls you a fathead be proud.

Was Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, etc. fat? Name a few famous intellectuals that were? I can think of very few. It is a fact that exercise stimulates the brain and it's functions ... so, if you think you're intelligent now, imagine what a little exercise would do. Your theory is a bunch of crap actually ...

BTW ... I'm not fat! (Wear a size 7) Obviously, my fat cells had nothing to do with earning multiple college degrees! (In college I weighed an average of 103#.)

so not completely true....my older sis is a health fanatic....works out twice a day-perfect toned body-careful of all she eats....etc.....dont you know...yea shes smart as whip(book smart)no common sense....but she also has many health issues...allergic to everything-just now got diagnosed with fibromalgia-has just been hit with all kinds of crap...plus has major migraines....
me??smoke like a chimney-eat really poorly-i have a hard physical job-but still overweight-im very smart-book-common sense an street-my biggest issues(health)are carpel tunnel&tendonitis in my left foot....so there ya go....

Exercise stimulates the blood surrounding the brain, etc. Did I mention Bush? I only used them as an illiteration I felt most would recognize, both A. Lincoln and T. Jefferson were great statesman and well-known for their intelligence prior to holding office. I could have rattled off numerous scientists, Pulitzer winners, theologians, writers, etc. Would you have known to whom I was referring? How about Thomas Edison or Sir Isaac Newton? Is that better for you?

Weight does not control ones ability to think and learn. A persons IQ is not the same number as their poundage (I wish!). AND...the other posters are right. You can be intelligent and be very active!

I smoke, I eat fatty foods, I don't exercise if I can avoid it, I drink beer, chase centauresses and sit on my a** too much
The key to staying thin and trim is to not worry about it
