Has anyone deal with this before? If so, what did you do? I had one yesterday that lasted almost 30 minutes. It was like i got the chills and started shaking real bad. I tried relaxing and taking deep breaths. Still didn't work.

Could be unresolved issues. You know you're getting older. Things like exercise that helped placate these issues begin to become a thinner and more translucent lid that covers you true feelings, probably due to (and I'm stealing from MY COUSIN VINNY) your biological clock.
Listen to your body. Talk to a doctor.

Best advice ever. I stepped away from any news or political message platform. Before stepping away I was on 4 medicine for high bloodpressure and stress. Four months away from it and voila...no meds and lost 25 lbs without trying.
Hobby, this will sound stupid. I started farming pigs and studying them. Very relaxing and a learning experience that has turned very lucrative.
Change your lifestyle. If that does not work you have clinical depression and need to see a physician.

LNAnxiety meds and doctors are worthless. So r antidepressants usually. The only thing u can do is accept it whether u like it or not... And anything u r avoiding in order to decrease these symptoms only creates more anxiety over the long run. U have to do what makes u uncomfortable in order to gain true comfort. Figure out what your main issues r...there are billions of self help books on anything from sexual identity to lonliness to personality disorders. But above any book or professional advice, u know whats best more. So ask yourself what u want and why. Also, some havr a biological disposjtjon. Some learn from nervous parents. Some people are just plain high anxiety. We r all different and thats ok. Dont let people brain washed by a society over run by psychology tell u that u r not.
