And I'm excited, I need to lose a lot of weight and I also want to get super toned.
I've started a diet that includes: No bread except whole grain, No dairy, no sugar, no drinks expect water or hot tea. Adding more leafy greens and lean meats
I really want to get into action hero shape so any suggestions out there on a good fitness routine or things I may need to change/add to my diet
I'm super excited and can't wait to transform my sexy body

Not sure how much you know about working out, but a lot of people do strength training and cardio while losing weight and toning up. Make sure you do strength training before cardio because you want to strength train while your energy is up. You want to do exercises that work the main planes of movement. A chest press, an overhead press, an overhead pulldown, a back row, a leg squat or deadlift(a leg press and a back extension exercises can be substituted for the squat/deadlift), a triceps extension, and a biceps curl. If you're a beginner, you can do this workout 3 times a week every other day. If you eventually start feeling run down, do it only once every 3-4 days(or twice a week) to give you more recovery days. Try to do more reps each workout, and increase weights poundage every couple of weeks.
