A Grand Jury of my mommy's peers from Brunswick GA determined the teens who murdered me will not face the death penalty...too bad I was given a death sentence for being innocent and defenseless.

My family made the mistake of being white in a 73% non-white neighborhood, but my murder was not ruled a Hate Crime. Nor did President Obama take so much as a single moment to acknowledge my murder.

I am one of the youngest murder victims in our great Nation's history, but the media doesn't care to cover the story of my tragic demise, President Obama has no children who could possibly look like me - so he doesn't care and the media doesn't care because my story is not interesting enough to bring them ratings so they can sell commercial time slots.

There is not a white equivalent of Al Sharpton because if there was he would be declared racist, so there is no one rushing to Brunswick GA to demand justice for me. There is no White Panther party to put a bounty on the lives of those who murdered me. I have no voice, I have no representation and unlike those who shot me in the face while I sat innocently in my stroller - I no longer have my life.

So while you are seeking justice for Trayvon, please remember to seek justice for me too. Tell your friends about me, tell you families, get tee shirts with my face on them and make the world pay attention, just like you did for Trayvon •"

You are wrong with saying your people, obviously you didn't do your research on THE NAACP. Yes they formed as a voice that would help take action for blacks but they have also fought for rights for Latinos as well. You don't see this the other way around. Zimmerman stalked this kid and knew he was young because he told the 911 operator he was a teen. No one is talking about Marissa Alexander in Florida the black mom that was denied SYG law for shooting a gun in the ceiling to warn off her abusive husband, which no1 was harmed was sentenced to 20yrs. Not fair. Witnesses said they heard an argument before the scuffle and gun shot. I hate when ppl say well look at Chicago and black on black crime. When white ppl kidnap, rape and kill kids no one says white on white crime, when latinos rob and stab, and kill each other no one says Latinos on latinos crime. Point is this world is a f**ked up ignorant place. If people would take the time, learn history you would know we are that much different. There is crime from NY to Cali to Mexico to Russia down to iraq. That boy was going home to watch a bball game with his brother. If a man was stalking me I would defend myself like trayvon. Just because its a fight doesn't mean there isn't a chance to die. If someone is on top of you and is repeadidly punching you as hard as they can in your face and smashing the back of your head (which is the softest part of your head) into concrete at full force you have every right to kill them, even here in NYC where we don't have a stand your ground law. As long as you can articulate in court that you felt if you were going to die, the law is on your side as long as you can make a strong case with it. Zimmerman killed him in self defense, not because he wanted to murder a kid for no reason.
