I have a fight August 3rd and I'm only like 15 pounds over but I want to do as little as possible to get down to the weight anyone have and tips or secrets to get the weight off fast?

Cut out everything white: breads, pastas, starches, and sugars. Cut out carbs too. Nothing but lean protein.

don't listen to the last idiot, you cannot cut out carbs completely unless you want your adrenals to shut down, then your in a world of mess. Seriously, keep carbs clean as you need energy, especially for the fight. Keep the carbs simple like brown rice and yams, they are low glycemic and give you enough energy to get you through. Stay away from fruits as they give you too much of a spike, save that for fight day when you need energy. And stay away from caffeine and sport drinks, problem is your adrenals shut down and you gain more weight cause your body can't handle the overload and stress, you get lethargic and have no energy.

Catch weight at 180 I'm making the transition down to 170 I usually weigh around 207ish
