post workout, pre workout, protein powder, any kind of smoothie.
mine is
1 cup mixed berries, 1 sliced banana, half cup strawberries, 8oz. of yogurt, 2oz of white grape juice for sweetness, 1oz of milk so its not so thick.

II really like Raw Protein. Plant based, all-organic powder. I mix it with 16 oz of water instead of the recommended 8. That helps me drink extra water post-workout, which has been a problem for me to make myself do. Definitely feel better the next day with less soreness and fatigue. It also helps stabilize my appetite do I don't go home and overeat
