Delivering 2.1 million each month in taxes to Colorado local and state government.
I am wondering what is going to happen when the Native American Tribe begins its own grow and store on the reservation.
Native pay no tax and are not required to follow the laws created by state government for taxes.
Seems like an opportunity for a new enterprise without building a casino and with minimal investment to support the tribe.
Peace pipes will be on the table during negotiations!

The casino income has helped tribes in many states.
Tribes are not part of our government tax structure...thus the grow and store would be all profit and no tax. All customers ... Non natives...would save 25% minimum buying on the reservation vs buying at a shop that requires you pay tax. They would buy there. Thus the revenue would be income for the nation. Millions will be made the first month...poverty would be combated.
Natives requiring employees to be clean will combat the use problem.

I'm against drugs but if this stuff is used for medicinal purposes then its ok in my eyes. I think that's what it was used for to begin with eons ago. Its a great way to increase revenue for this state but from what I've heard that the governor will be using it to hire on more cops. Now most people think its a waste but if you look at it another way, public safety comes first before anything else I guess. That's if the damn cops do their jobs right. It would be good for structural repairs and of course RTD can use some too. It would be nice if they can have train stations that runs from Pueblo to Denver or maybe further north for passengers. I had seen that stuff in SoCal that runs from San Diego to the northern part of Los Angeles. Awesome system!

Cool Story but the reality is this; People from Wyoming came to Fort Collins to buy pot were warned not to bring it back with them. There were authorities that pulled people over inside Wyoming and Confiscated the weed and these peeps could have had any property Seized from this. Colorado and Washington State are the only ones approved for this little Experiment so if you cross into a state where It's not allowed then It's Curtains. There is a term for that "shopping around", people who have drug addictions will get more say xanex's from different doctors and go to different Pharmacies to feed their addiction to say weed. The Indians will give it to the White Man AGAIN; first casinos, now weed and don't forget they can smoke it on their land and can tell you no cause they are a Sovereign nation with no Constitution. The non natives can be hosed if that's the only place for miles, so have fun when the shakes hit!
