As I approch this day I have been sitting here thinking of life and bondering many things. Marriage,Divorce, kids, and SO Called friends. Marriage-im a true failure. Divorce- I'm a pro. Kids- my oldest graduates tonight! My middle is so smart and happy my baby boy is unstoppable on a base ball field and a ace closer at pitching. Friends--- come and go like waves on a beach. Some are nice. And some bring all the crap in with em. Then there is selective few that are above and beyond. Rare and awesome. Jen is one of those rare and awesome ones. So thank you jen for being there and helping me threw all the troubles I have been facing lately

The first three days after you start working out are the worst. As long as you keep going, the soreness will become minimal.

LOL... funny what the mind reads when it wants to... 
Seriously... congrats on starting the workout Jen! It will be hard at first, but as hardworker said, the first week is the worse. Just stay with it, and do NOT overdo it at first either. Slow and gradual build up is much better. 
Edit... AND do NOT lose ALL your lovely curves/Lady Humps
