Crossfit is a fad. Bodybuilding has been around since the beginning of time. People who choose crossfit do not want to spend the countless hours of hard work it takes to build muscle. Not only that but serious injury can and will occur using those Olympic style lifts.

I like the intensity of Crossfit. But the execution after it became mainstream is bad. They have groups of 30-50 people with one instructor doing Olympic lifts and other intense exercises.
I think if they kept the groups small to 3-5 people and had an instructor for every group it would be safer.

crossfit is for athletes while body building is more for people that just want to look good.
serious injury can and WILL occur when people do any kind of physical activity without proper technique. and slso when proper is used, youll still have injuries bc shit happens. crossfit is as safe as you make it

Crossfit is for Women
Bodybuilding is for Men
BTW, I've never hurt myself while Bodybuilding...
Powerlifting.. Low Reps heavy weight Yes, you can, but not Bodybuilding ..
I also never train for more than 20 min a day..
These kids now a days read too much and keep second guessing workouts..
My diet isn't that great either... The workouts will have the
muscles soaking up the carbs.. No problem

It's all what you want to be there are goods and bass for everything. Let's use common spence if I gain to much muscle it is hard to maintain and as our metabolism is breaking down so is the muscle . I stay small and shrewd because it looks good and it's easy to maintain through the yrs,

After trying so many different exercise routines I finally found cross fit. I love that there is a coach there to kick my butt and not let me give up. It's always different and never boring.

Crossfit is an injury waiting to happen.
Not enough warm up, terrible form, heavier weight than needed and fatigue = disaster aka crossfit

You achieved your physique by training for only 20 minutes a day? Impressive!

My problem with most all the local cross fit places around here is that they encourage too heavy a weight with too low a rep. What GOOD is it to basically MAX every day. You're not building anything. You're not strengthening anything. To do so without proper technique, and to throw your clients to the wolves is irresponsible. I've seen men in their 30s and 40s with desk jobs walk in and the first day they have the squatting and dead lifting super enormous amounts of weight. That's just retarded.
For a better quality of life, strength and stamina are necessary. The cross fit styles here are not conducive to that.
