This is a math problem.
There are pennies nickels dimes quarters, half pieces.
Since the goal is 21 and 1.00 the penny can only be 5, 10 or 15.
The quarter cannot be 3 75c
plus 18 more coins
You can use a 50c piece and make 50c 20 coins. 20c in dimes 15c in nickels 15c in pennies
You can use two quarters and change two nickels to one dime.
You can change a quarter into five nickles and five pennies for a sixth
25c q 30c or 3 dimes 7 nickels 10 pennies

And you can do that again make the last quarter 5 nickles an take five pennies for a nicke to replace a quarter.
Its multiples of 5 where every set has to contain a 3 or 7 coin group due
