Anybody else makes fruit enzymes at home? AKA fermented drinks...
Ive made:
Ginger with raw honey
Lemon with regular sugar
Apple with brown sugar
Grape with regular sugar
Uses at home:
Add a couple spoonful to make iced or hot tea
Substitute for sugar/sweetner in cooking or baking
Make salad dressing
What other stuff can you make enzymes with?
Any other uses for them?
